The CMVS' Mission Statement The Primary Mission of the Cambridge Center for Medical & Veterinary Sciences Inc. (CMVS) is to provide all forms of support for the clinical, teaching, research and diagnostic services as apart of the offered Graduate/Post-Graduate Bachelors, Masters, D.V.M., M.D., Ph.D., Biological or other related Courses, Programs, and Trainings carried out by our Faculty in accredited/licensed facilities of the Center. Teaching courses, clinical, diagnostic services, and applied/basic research in organ/tissue/stem cells transplantation/reconstruction/regeneration, oncology, genome and in other related fields of medicine and surgery, but not limited to, offered through the Hospital-CAH* are inseparably integrated into every area of the CMVS activities. CMVS, through the referral-teaching-learning Companion Small Animal General Hospital-CAH*, provides all spectrum of essential programs and services to the veterinarians, physicians,biologists, pharmacists, companion small animal (dogs and cats) owners, and the other members of communities who reside in the Province of Ontario, Canada and the U.S.A. CMVS is bridging, facilitating and supporting transplant/stem cells/genome and related clinical, teaching and/or research programs/services conducted throughout the Universities, Medical Centers, and other accredited/licensed facilities in the Province of Ontario, Canada and the U.S.A., providing the hope for the patients waiting for organ/tissue replacement/treatment. CMVS, through its all accredited/licensed facilities, is committed to provide the highest standards of animal welfare, care and treatment of (non-)inherited diseases to the variety of breeds of companion small animals - for the benefit of humans and animals. * still to be build and, additionally, the official name still to be established in accordance with the College of Veterinarians of Ontario (CVO) regulation |
